Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the GetServerSide website and application (the "Service"), operated by The Get Co ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service does
GetServerSide is a hosted tool that helps you configure Google server-side tagging across your own Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Cloud resources. The Service guides, builds, validates, and monitors that setup. The configured resources live in your own Google accounts and remain under your control.
Alpha status
The Service is currently offered in an early-access ("alpha") period. It is provided hands-on, may change without notice, and may contain defects. Features, availability, and pricing are not final. We may add, change, or remove functionality, and we may limit or end access, during this period.
Accounts and Google access
You sign in with Google and grant the Service access to your own Google resources. You are responsible for having the authority to grant that access for the accounts and properties you connect. You must not connect resources you are not authorized to manage. You can revoke access at any time from the app's account settings or from your Google Account permissions page. How we handle the data accessed is described in our Privacy Policy and security page.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the changes the Service makes to your Google resources at your direction, including publishing Tag Manager versions and deploying Cloud Run services.
- You are responsible for any Google Cloud, Tag Manager, or Analytics costs incurred in your own accounts as a result of your setup.
- You must not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to access resources you do not control, or to disrupt or attempt to compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
- You are responsible for reviewing changes before they go live; the Service surfaces what will change and asks for your confirmation before production-affecting actions.
Service changes and availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly during alpha. We may perform maintenance, change, or discontinue the Service at any time.
Intellectual property
The Service, including the website, application, guides, and brand, is owned by The Get Co. These terms do not grant you any ownership of the Service. Your Google resources, configurations, and data remain yours.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable. You are responsible for verifying your measurement setup.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Get Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect Google access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination you may request deletion of your stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will revise the date below. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
